These four blocks comprise 300 residential units, while there is a gym between two of the buildings opening onto public gardens and amenity space beyond.<\/p>\n<p>The high capacity <a href=\"http:\/\/www.titon.co.uk\/pages\/ventilation-systems\/mvhr\/hrv-1.35-q-plus.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HRV 1.35 <em>Q Plus<\/em><\/a> continuously running MVHR unit is independently tested by the BRE and maintains an ultra-compact size despite its improved airflow performance. Combining extremely low power consumption and a highly efficient heat exchanger, these units enhance SAP performance via Appendix Q, while remaining versatile enough in size to be installed in either larger apartments or small to medium sized dwellings.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Commenting on the project, Maz Bashir, Contracts Director at Woodford Heating &amp; Energy, said: &#8220;<em>Not only were the units perfectly sized for this project, they also met all the necessary energy efficiency measures outlined in the specification criteria. This is actually the first time we have installed the company\u2019s products &#8211; and we\u2019ve been really impressed. The HRV 1.35 Q Plus units are quiet and non-intrusive, while providing excellent levels of heat recovery and clean indoor air, which will be of great comfort to residents<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.titon.co.uk\/pages\/ventilation-systems\/mvhr\/hrv-1.35-q-plus.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HRV 1.35 <em>Q Plus<\/em><\/a> is available as an \u2019Eco\u2019 version only with a 100% airflow diverting Summer Bypass, recognised and listed in the UK Product Characteristics Database.
