She was a key member of the Management Team throughout the Covid crisis, and I am confident she will continue to make an impact on the business in 2022 and beyond and fully deserves her new position in the Group.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Carolyn added \u201c<em>I am delighted to be joining the Titon Holdings Board after two years at Titon. I could never have envisaged the challenges that the new role would bring me after joining just before the Covid-19 pandemic. However, I am proud of what I achieved in that period, driving improvements, and supporting the business effectively.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>2022 is without doubt going to be another challenging year, but with that comes not only hard work but also excitement about what we can achieve, and I remain committed and passionate in leading that change and driving the business forward.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>I am also proud to celebrate becoming the first female Director of Titon Holdings.
